reframedSonolux:Speculative Future is a multisensory, interactive installation born out of research into the acoustic ecology of the Hilmteich area in Graz. As an artistic collective, we looked at how urbanisation affects this natural area. Following the soundscapes we recorded on location, we designed utopian and dystopian future scenarios, drawing attention to the importance of considering sound design in public and private spaces and illustrating how urban development can affect natural soundscapes.

The installation was showcased at Klanglicht 2024 in Graz and at the LUNA Dream On/Off Festival in Leeuwarden in 2025.
