Difference:ism, a scenic concert, explores the influence of gender and culture on decision-making and personal experience. The performance brings together four sound artists and musicians from different cities and continents on stage. In their autobiographical research, they examine gender differences and social conditioning through the lens of their cultural backgrounds. Electronic beats, violin, sounds, and voices combine with audio and video recordings from their respective hometowns to create an acoustic-visual dialogue. It was premiered at Schauspielhaus Graz in 2024, and again as part of the Digithalia festival in 2025.
